Our Story
When my three kids started the college recruiting process, I quickly realized there was no good, affordable way to manage it. The recruiting landscape is overwhelming — hundreds of schools, dozens of contacts, constant follow-ups, and a timeline that doesn't wait. The tools that existed were either built for institutions or priced for families who could hire a private consultant.
So I built one. Using my background in software development, I created a set of tools our family could use to stay organized, track outreach, and manage each athlete's recruiting pipeline the way a business would manage a sales process — with structure, data, and focus.
Those tools worked. As I watched the process play out and saw how much easier it became to navigate, I started thinking about the families who didn't have a developer in the house. The ones working with spreadsheets and sticky notes, missing follow-ups, unsure what to send or when. The recruiting process is hard enough — the tools shouldn't make it harder.
Path2Commit is what grew out of that realization. A real system, born from real experience, kept affordable and free of the marketing fluff — because every family deserves a fair shot at this process.
